A rain cloud only it's leaking pure joy, it's the Rainbow Cloud card! I've been wanting to make this rain cloud for a long time, but I just thought, a rain cloud card doesn't seem as all-purpose, especially since a lot of people aren't like me, and don't love rain and see it as "gloomy" and not stunningly gorgeous. Alas, my friend Jordan recently remarked to me, "you don't have any rainbow designs." Well, I'm glad she did, because year, why not. Rainbows come from clouds after all!
